What a great week(?), well, 3 days.  Thanks for the invitation Ed and thanks to Manfred and the team for the organisation.  10 races in 3 days with superb competition.

The results do not reflect the competition in this new small fleet, we enjoyed the increasing pressure and competition as the event went on and congratulations must go to you all.

I hope the fleet does develop in Normandy now that the boat has been seen 'in action', and it will be good to see the team of young sailors from the regional league getting the opportunity to do more events, they really were starting to get to grips with the boat.

Also, thanks to all of you being under weight, it helped us get over being 45kg too light!!!  Seriously, you need to do some events in the north of England and eat some BIG meat pies to get up to the maximum crew weight.

Enjoty the boats and we will see you again next year.  Thanks
JohnO.

We really appreciate you traveling so far for the Normandy Sailing Week and we hope that you will return to Normandy for next year's events.

The proximity of England with Normandy and the possible exchanges we can have on a regular basis will help us make the SB3 a success in this region.

Please let me know how I can get your Magnum of Champagne to Northern England.

Finally, sorry about the 1:1 tie last night!
Best regards,
Ed
